Need to improve on the food it was a mix & match menu of Veg & Non-veg starting their was pieces in the Biryani but for the second round of pick-up they were no pieces in the Biryani need to take care of the same apart from the same everything was fine.

It was my sons Birthday party at Bhagini Suites on 10th April 2016 for a crowd of 45 guests. Food quality & quantity was fine but service part is very poor need to improve a lot the staffs were not ready to serve the Welcome Drinks and we had asked for Rasma Punch but they had provided Lemon Juice which was really embarrassing and starters were not circulated to the guests they told us to take with the lunch. We were really upset.

We had celebrated our dads 75th Birthday party at Bhagini Suites on 09th April 2016 for around 62 guests. It was so embarrassing that staffs were very rude with the guests and not even a single smile on their face. We complained to the Banquet in-charge saying that A/C is not working he directly told i dont know and we found a small stapler pin in the dessert when we informed to the steward they are not even bothered they just passed. Only food taste, quality & quantity was excellent. We were really disappointed about the service provided to us.

It was my Daughters Birthday Party for a crowd of 70 Guests on 03rd April 2016. The location of hotel is in the heart of city and Food was very good, ambience of the hotel was very pleasant but the coordination between the staffs was not proper. The staffs were very rude towards the guests which we felt very bad and they had not provided separate dining place which they had committed while confirming the event apart from this over all it was good.

It as very bad experience in Bhagani Suites,Marathahalli. We had booked this party hall for our son birthday on 18th Mar for dinner. Food was avarage.Some of the food items were very cold. We ordered both veg and non veg food. AC was not working properly and it was not sufficient enough for 100 guest. LED bulb was not working on the stage.It was very dark inside the hall.We were checked in at hall around 7:30 pm. There were nobody was there to serve welcome drinks.We requested so many times to arrange welcome drinks.They kept only water can, but no glasses were there to drink water.

We had 2 day conference at Bhagani Suites, Marathahalli. Found it a very decent place with neat comfortable.Hotel is located inside 100m from Main Road . Food and Ambiance is excellent.Service was bit slow.We were close to 50 guest for the conference, so they need more man power to make service fast.Other than this everything was fine.Thanks Asian Paints

Our guest had car parking problem. hardly 8-10 car we can park.Better they need to arrange some space for car parking.There were no tissue paper in the bathroom.We appriciate banquet incharge Mr.Reddy, who arranged nicely.

We have ordered for Sweet Lime Juice, but they served Pepsi only 3lts for 89 People. Disposable glass were not sufficient. It looks so cheap in front of our guests. Babycorn Manchurian was sticky and hard. We asked for kadai panner & kulcha. But they have served paneer butter masala & roti. White rice was not boiled its was half boiled. They are not maintaining proper menu list. Overall hopeless Food & Service. we had a Worst experience.
