Hygiene is maintained. Best venue in Richmond Road.The staff is very cooperative.Food was arranged on time and served it hot till the very end. Each and every item from the menu was soo tasty. All the things were arranged as promised and we can surely say that the arrangenents were way beyond our expectations.We had celebrated Birthday Party in dinner time and invited around 100 People.

This hotel has 5 beautiful banquet halls and biggest hall seating capacity upto 180 & moving crowd can manage upto 350.Ample car parking space available.Around 60 car we can park. Valet parking facility available.We had booked this hall for 70th Birthday Party for 200 People for dinnerVery nice and clean. Ambience is good. Good place to conduct small functions situated in Richmond Road.If some one looking venue for family events in Richmond Road for veg food only,then this place is best suited.Outside decoration not allowed.Very good interior, lightings and worth of price Staffs are good responsive personsThe staff was very helpful and did a pretty good job.

We had our company conference on 17th June 2016 for around 40 of us. Overall they had given good service with very neat & clean arrangements in the hall staffs were very good & courteous to us , A small suggestion just need to improve on food taste and quality. Apart from the same rest of the things was fine.
