I had booked this venue for Birthday Party for 200 People for lunch Its amazing place to be there, nice view and clean with all the amenities in JP Nagar.Overall good experience and definitely will come back againHotel Crystal Castle is located in JP Nagar.Hotel team is excellent. All the facilities are available.We ordered veg food only.Very few car we can park. Supportive staffs, good food, reasonably priced.Nice party hall for Birthday , Engagement, Reception, Naming Ceremony, Sangeet function.

Everything was clean and sanitised. Arrangements were made keeping pandemic in mind.Nice place with good service and covid precautions. The service staff is excellent as well as the food is tasty. Area is spacious. venue located in JP Nagar.This hotel has 3 beautiful banquet halls and biggest hall seating capacity upto 150 & moving crowd can manage upto 200. Ample car parking space available.Around 50 car we can park. Though rooms are small it has good amenities and maintained well. Interiors are good. And more it is within a good budget in JP Nagar.This is my second visit to this hotel. We attended for Birthday Party. Around 250 People gathered for the event.

Best venue in JP Nagar.The staff is very cooperative. Everything was clean and sanitised. Ambience is heavenly food taste is really excellent. Impressed with the level of service we had in this hotel. The hall was clean and ambience is great. Service is fast and as required. The people there always have a smile on their face when serving us. Taste of the food was excellent and maintained good quality on the food. We had a great experience it was my Sons Birthday party at Crystal Castle - JP Nagar. The taste of the food was very good and the buffet was the highlight the quality & quantity was excellent their service, presentations and arrangements were top notch. The hotel is easy enough to drive and very convenient as it is close to our place the event was on 17th November 2016 and we had invited around 70 guests for the function. The guards were very helpful to park the vehicles only thing Ac was not proper they need to take care of it . Overall a nice place we had for our event.

Great place at great locality. This 3 star hotel is located in JP Nagar 5th phase.Easily accessible place. It is a pure vegetarian hotel. We had celebrated our daughter birthday here. Booked for dinner. Excellent food and service.We had invited close to 100 guest.Staff are polite and friendly. Hotel manager recommended their own vendors. If you are looking for a hotel in this area, dont look anywhere else.I would recommend this to others.I will rate 5/5 for this hotel
